1 Terms of Use:

1.1 Definitions and Terms

1.1.1 The Authority: The Ministry of Transport.

1.1.2 Partners: Entities cooperating or partnering with the Ministry of Transport.

1.1.3 The Relevant Administration: The administrative unit responsible for reviewing and approving submitted applications.

1.1.4 The Platform: The electronic system that allows Users and Guests to view the publicly published content by the Authority and submit requests for any selected services offered by the Authority to Users only.

1.1.5 Information: All data and service content processed and associated with or made available through the platform, including files, programs, policies, forms, documents, software, databases, and other written or visual content.

1.1.6 User: The authenticated user via National Authentication System. 

1.1.7 Guest: A platform guest who has not completed the authentication process but has access to publicly available platform content.

1.2 Agreement to Terms of Use:

By using this platform, the user agrees to the terms outlined below,

1.2.1 The Ministry of Transport reserves the right to review and modify these terms at any time, and to announce any changes without prior notice.

1.2.2 The user is responsible for regularly checking for changes, and continuing to use the platform indicates acceptance of the modified terms.

1.2.3 The user or guest implicitly agrees that all procedures follow the internal policies of the Ministry of Transport, which may be amended according to its regulations and laws without prior notification.

1.2.4 Users are advised to regularly check the terms related to the available service processes with the relevant administration.

1.3 Data Accuracy and Completeness:

1.3.1 The user is required to provide accurate and complete information when filling any relevant forms. The user acknowledges that any incorrect or fraudulent information provided, including identity details, documents, and certificates, will be their responsibility.

1.3.2 If it is found that any data is incorrect, the Ministry of Transport has the right to take legal action based on its internal policies and regulations.

1.3.3 The user must continuously update their data and inform the Ministry of Transport immediately in case of any changes. The Ministry of Transport reserves the right to accept or reject their request.

1.3.4 The user must immediately notify the Ministry of Transport in the event of losing their account credentials, username, or if their account is used without authorization. The user can report such incidents by contacting the ministry through the following methods:

1.3.5 The user is prohibited from impersonating others or misrepresenting themselves or using another user s account without permission.

1.3.6 The user must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to data transmission, and ensure that the subject and content of their emails or information do not contain hateful, obscene, fraudulent, or illegal content, or violate intellectual property rights.

1.4 Confidentiality, Privacy, and Information Protection:

1.4.1 The information available on this platform, including services listed, may be protected by copyright or contain confidential information accessed by users or guests. This information may also be publicly available or subject to general usage licenses.

1.4.2 The user acknowledges that the Ministry of Transport is responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of all data available through this platform. This includes protecting the data from unauthorized access, alteration, or manipulation without the user s consent, in compliance with data protection laws, such as Law No. (13) of 2016 regarding the protection of personal data privacy.

1.4.3 The user undertakes not to disclose, publish, or forward any information or data obtained through the service to third parties.

1.4.4 The only legal exception is when the Ministry of Transport allows the user to disclose such information to the relevant administration if there is a procedural error. The user is prohibited from misusing the platform for personal gain.

1.4.5 The user acknowledges that the Ministry of Transport has the right to retain, process, and transfer data for statistical and auditing purposes, while ensuring the privacy of the user's identity as per Law No. (13) of 2016.

1.4.6 Data Protection and Encryption: The Ministry of Transport ensures that all user data is handled with the utmost care and is encrypted to guarantee its security and confidentiality in accordance with Law No. (13) of 2016.

1.5 Content Control on the Platform:

1.5.1 The user and all guests must use this platform responsibly, refraining from misuse of any information or data. If misuse occurs, the user will be held accountable under the law. The Ministry of Transport is not responsible for individual misuse of this information or the platform.

1.5.2 By agreeing to these terms, the user agrees not to use the platform or its email system for any illegal or prohibited activities under Qatari law, including distributing harmful software or inaccurate files.

1.5.3 The Ministry of Transport is not responsible for damages resulting from data loss, technical delays, viruses, service disruptions, or any failure in service compatibility with other services, programs, or devices.

1.5.4 The user is prohibited from interacting with the platform or its content in any way that would damage, disable, or adversely affect any server, network, or connected service. The user is not allowed to send unauthorized content or violate any intellectual property rights.

1.5.5 The Ministry of Transport reserves the right to monitor any content uploaded by the user and may remove or delete it without prior notice if it violates the terms of use or internal policies.

1.5.6 The Ministry of Transport reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any part of the services at any time without prior notice, and the user agrees that the Ministry of Transport will not be held liable in such cases.

1.5.7 The Ministry of Transport may remove or delete content if it violates any terms of service, laws, or instructions applicable to it.

1.5.8 The user is prohibited from copying, reproducing, publishing, or selling any part of the services for commercial purposes without written permission from the Ministry of Transport. Any use of the services that violates the law or internet protocols is also prohibited.
 1.6 Intellectual Property Rights:

1.6.1 The Ministry of Transport exclusively owns all rights to the contents available on the platform and has sole authority over them.

1.6.2 The user is prohibited from using or displaying these contents for any purpose other than as permitted by the terms of service or without written permission. The user will be held legally responsible for any violations of these rights.

1.6.3 If any violations of intellectual property rights occur, whether related to content sent by the user or third-party content, please report them via email at:

1.7 Service Suspension or Termination:

1.7.1 The Ministry of Transport may temporarily suspend services for operational reasons such as system maintenance, development, updates, or emergency situations without prior notice or specifying the duration of the suspension.

1.7.2 Any breach by the user of any term of these terms of service will result in account closure or immediate termination of related operations without prior notice.

1.8 Severability of Terms:

1.8.1 If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

1.9 Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

1.9.1 The courts of the State of Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the implementation of these terms or the interpretation of any of its provisions, and Qatari laws will be applied.
