The Smart Application Service allows companies, private sectors, and government institutions to obtain license to engage in the activity. This service targets those interested in investing and operating in the land transportation sector, with its various activities related to the smart applications for the companies operating in the transporting of passengers and delivering of goods.

The Ministry of Transport provides the following:

• The issuance of license to engage in the land transportation activities (electronic applications) for first-time applicants with commercial registers who are interested in investing and operating in the land transportation sector across all its various activities.
• The renewal of land transportation activities license (electronic applications) for those who have commercial registers and are interested in investing and operating in the land transportation sector across all its various activities.
