Private sector companies, and government institutions can submit their issuance, renewal, amendment and replacement requests through the Ministry of Transport's official website. This service is granted to seafarers working onboard Qatari vessels only.

Conditions and Requirements:

Issuance: 
-A formal letter from the company directed to Department Director.
-Copy of Appropriate Certificate of Competency.
-Copy of GMDSS Endorsement if required.
-Copy of Sefarer Medical fitness Certificate.
-Copy of Evidence of sea service.
-(2) colored Photographs.
-TCopy of anker Endorsement if Required (Oil – Chemical – Gas).
-The company signature and stamp of the person authorized on the application and all -attachments.

Renewal:
-Certificate of Competency
-Certificate of Competency Accreditation
-Marine Medical Certificate
-Proof of Service At Sea (Marine Passport Photocopy)
-Applicant's Photo
-Radio Operator Certificate
-Certificate For Working On Tankers (if available)

Amendment:
-No documents needed.

Replacement:
-No documents needed.
