Service procedures:

Filling the form and delivering it with attached requirements to the department staff who make sure that the required documents are attached and then the Recognition Certificate is issued.

Fees: 100 QAR

Requirements:

• A formal letter from the company directed to Department Director, stating the dates of boarding and disembarking from the ship/ships..
• A Copy of the Maritime Permit onboarding and disembarking from the ship.
