Issuance of the preliminary Approval for training centres and institutes so that they can offer specialized and technical courses for sailors and workers in the sea.

Service procedures:

• Delivering the application to the department director.
• A specialized team studies the request and the staff certificates and experience who will work in the training centres.
• The study includes also types of courses.
• After fulfilling the required conditions, the preliminary Approval is issued and periodic visits to be organized to the centres.
