The Certificate is issued for Qatari Ships based on its Type, Size, and Area of Navigation. The company has to offer a proposal for the minimum safe manning, to be reviewed by the concerned department for whether to is appropriate or not.

Requirements:

• A formal letter from the company directed to Department Director.
• A Copy of Ship Registration Certificate.
• Any Exemption certificate issued for the ship by the Department.
• Fill out the form prepared by the administration.
