Filling the form and delivering it with attached requirements to the department staff who make sure the required documents are attached.

500 QAR

Requirements:

• Official letter.
• A copy of Registry Certificate for flagships involved.
• A copy of work permit for foreign ships involved. 
• A copy of the navigational chart for the worksite.
• Proposal for the announcement in both languages (Arabic & English).
