Service Description:

Issuance and renewal of recognition certificates for captains, engineers and communications officers certificates, which entitles its owner to work on the back of the Qatari ships.

Fees:

• Issuance: 250 QAR

Requirements:

• A formal letter from the company directed to Department Director.
• Copy of Appropriate Certificate of Competency.
• Copy of GMDSS Endorsement if required.
• Copy of Sefarer Medical fitness Certificate.
• Copy of Evidence of sea service.
• (2) colored Photographs.
• TCopy of anker Endorsement if Required (Oil – Chemical – Gas).
• The company signature and stamp of the person authorized on the application and all attachments.
