MOTC’s Delegation Visits UAE to Boost Cooperation In Land Transport Field

A delegation from the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MOTC) met separately with Abu Dhabi Integrated Transport Center General Manager Mohammed Darwish Al Qamzi and Ahmed Hashem Bahrozyan, CEO – Licensing Agency, Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), during a visit to the United Arab Emirates to exchange expertise and boost bilateral cooperation between the two sister countries.
During the two meetings, the delegation, headed by Mr. Rashid Taleb Al-Nabit, Assistant Undersecretary for Land Transport at MOTC, was briefed about laws and regulations regulating the activities of land transport, inspection systems and heavy transport used in the two Emirates of Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
In addition, the delegation also learnt about the mechanisms used by the two emirates to implement their land transport licensing strategy for limousine services.
