An MOT delegation led by Acting Assistant Undersecretary of Land Transport Affairs Eng. Hamad Issa Abdullah has participated in the Caucasus Investment Forum in Mineralnie Vody, Russia.

Attended by numerous Arab and foreign officials, the forum discussed multiple topics related to transportation and socioeconomic development in the Caucasus and its integration with the Middle East, in addition to enhancing infrastructure and supportive logistics services and stimulating the private sector’s participation in the investment opportunities in the Caucasus.

The MOT delegation held separate meetings with Russia’s deputy minister of economic development and deputy director general of the Russian Railways. The meetings discussed bilateral cooperation ties and the latest on regional and international connection.
