The MOT held a training workshop on the Qatar Access Management Guidelines (QAMG) project. Attended by representatives of several government entities, agencies, and strategic partners, the workshop provided an overview of the guidelines, standards, policies, regulations, and permitting procedures.

The QAMG project primarily aims at updating the current access management chapter of the Qatar Highway Design Manual (QHDM) to effectively meet the requirements of access management on roads and for current and future plots.

The QAMG provides a comprehensive framework to manage accessibility appropriately, safely, and effectively in the roadway system and land development projects, including redevelopment.
