Ministry of Transport and Communications, Texas A&M University At Qatar signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on developing the information technology and communications sector through mutual projects and initiatives to support innovative, academic capabilities in the Qatar society.
The MoU focuses on providing facilities to develop local small SMEs and startups.
