The Ministry of Transport is taking part in the 18th International Public Works Exhibition (SITP) that opened in Algiers under the patronage of Algeria’s Prime Minister.

MOT’s participation is part of the larger State of Qatar’s as an honorary guest in this year’s edition, which ends this Sept. 23.

MOT is highlighting the Transportation Master Plan for Qatar 2050, which works as a roadmap for investing in land transportation infrastructure and identifies frameworks and future orientations for developing the transportation networks countrywide.

SITP is one of the largest commercial events worldwide in the field of public works and establishments. Many countries take part in this year’s edition; including Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, Italy, Turkey, Germany and China. SITP is an excellent platform for exchange of expertise and views on public works, road projects and transportation facilities.
