The Ministry of Transport and Communications organized a workshop on process and procedure documentation for the Maritime Transport Licensing & Planning Department employees.

The workshop is part of the Ministry’s staff training and performance development plan. It aims at enhancing the Ministry’s quality management and ensuring the application of the institutional performance quality standards issued by the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor & Social Affairs.

Applying the performance quality standards in process and procedure documentation aims at improving the services provided to the public.
