The Minsitry of Transport has organized an introductory workshop on judicial police for employees from the Ministry, Qatar Rail and the Ministry of Justice’s Legal and Judicial Studies Center. The workshop covered the legislations issued in relation to regulating land transportation affairs and the duties and functions of judicial police officers at the Ministry.

The Ministry continues coordinating with its partners on enacting the legislative acts on regulating land transportation and railways, in addition to supporting Qatar Rail by enabling it to detect violations on railroad assets through providing the company with a number of Ministry employees authorized as judicial police officers.
