The Ministry has concluded its “Organizational Innovation Forum”. Organized for employees of MOT and some of its affiliated entities, the Forum featured renowned international expert speakers and came in the context of achieving institutional excellence and quality improvement, as well as building up a culture of innovation.

The Forum revolved around private sector innovation lessons for government, innovating to benefit the Qatari government sector and how can organizations build their innovation maturity. The Forum also reviewed experiences from some countries.
