Minister Meets with ICAO Council President

Minister of Transport H.E. Jassim Saif Ahmed Al-Sulaiti met with President of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Council H.E. Mr. Salvatore Sciacchitano, on the sidelines of Qatar’s participation in the 41st Session of the ICAO Assembly.
Held at ICAO Headquarters, the meeting reviewed ways to enhance Qatar-ICAO relations in civil aviation. They also discussed ways to contribute to research and development on reducing carbon emissions.
Qatar’s Ambassador to Canada H.E. Dr. Khalid bin Rashid Al-Mansouri, Director of Department of International Organizations, MOFA, H.E. Ambassador Ali bin Khalfan Al Mansouri, and Mr. Mohamed Faleh Alhajri, who is in charge of managing the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority (QCAA), attended the meeting.
