Minister Meets with Brazilian Minister of Communications

HE Minister of Transport and Communications Jassim Saif Ahmed Al-Sulaiti met here today with HE the Brazilian Minister of Science, Technology, Innovation and Communications Mr. Marcos Pontes.
The wo officials discussed aspects of cooperation in the fields of communications and information technology and means of further enhancing them, in addition to drawing on potential investment opportunities in those fields. They also discussed a number of topics that concern the two friendly countries.
HE the Minister also invited the Brazilian official to the upcoming Qatar IT Conference and Exhibition taking place from Oct. 29 to Nov. 1.
The meeting was attended by Brazil’s Ambassador to Qatar HE Mr. Roberto Abdalla.
