Minister Heads Qatar Delegation at Ministerial Committee of Transportation Meeting

The State of Qatar participated in the special meeting of the GCC Ministerial Committee of Transportation held today via videoconferencing at the GCC Secretariat in Riyadh. The Qatari delegation was headed by Minister of Transport HE Jassim Saif Ahmed Al-Sulaiti.
The meeting discussed the execution of the resolution by the Supreme Council of the GCC in its 42nd session to the effect of approving the establishment of GCC Railway Authority.
Their Excellencies the Ministers discussed the foundational phase and the documents related to the governance, mandates, competencies and organizational structure of the Authority.
