Montreal – Canada

HE Minister of Transport and Communications Jassim Saif Ahmed Al-Sulaiti said that the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) will, transparently and logically, look into the technical file submitted by the State of Qatar regarding the violations committed by the blockade countries, which could pose massive threat to the aviation’s security and safety, let alone disrupting world airlines.

HE also said that there are a clear violation of all international agreements, laws, and conventions toward all civil aviation airlines, as well as the right of innocent passage of world civil aviation.

HE the Minister emphasized his certainty that ICAO would take such violations seriously, which came as an unprecedented, dangerous event to safety and security, expressing his confidence that ICAO will take over its full responsibilities toward these violations.
