HE the Minister Meets with Turkish Counterpart

Istanbul - Doha (October 4, 2016) HE Jassim Saif Ahmed Al Sulaiti, Minister of Transport and Communications, met Tuesday with his Turkish counterpart, Minister of Transport, Maritime and Communications Ahmet Arslan. HE Minister Al Sulaiti is in Turkey to participate in the 26th Universal Postal Union (UPU) Congress in Istanbul.
The meeting discussed the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries in the fields of transportation, mobility and information and communication technology, and means of further enhancing them.
The meeting was attended by the Qatari Ambassador to Turkey HE Salem Mubarak Al Shafi, members of the delegation accompanying HE the Minister and a number of senior officials from the Turkish Ministry of Transport, Maritime and Communications.
