HE Minister Meets with Omani Counterpart

HE Minister of Transport and Communications Jassim Saif Ahmed Al Sulaiti met in Muscat today with HE Oman’s Minister of Transport and Communications Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Salem Al-Futaisi.
At the beginning of the meeting, HE Minister Al Sulaiti thanked the Sultanate of Oman for the fruitful cooperation in all fields; especially air and marine transport.
The two ministers discussed cooperation ties in the fields of transport, communications, ports and aviation and means of further enhancing them, as well as the potential investment opportunities available in both countries. They also discussed a number of matters of common interest between the two brotherly countries.
The meeting was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Transport and Communications, General Authority of Customs, Qatar General Organization for Standards and Metrology (QS), Qatar Ports Management Company (Mwani Qatar), Mowasalat (Karwa) and Milaha (Qatar Navigation). It was also attended by Qatar’s Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman HE Mr. Ali bin Fahad Al Hajri.
