HE The Minister Hold Talks with Polish Minister of Marine Economy

HE the Minister of Transport and Communications Jassim Saif Ahmed Al Sulaiti held talks in Gdańsk, Poland, with HE Polish Minister of Marine Economy and Inland Waterways Mr. Marek Gróbarczyk.
The two officials discussed cooperation ties between the two friendly countries in the field of expertise exchange in the marine transport sector and personal capacity building, in addition to opening direct navigation lines between Qatar and Poland.
They also discussed potential investment opportunities in the field of seaports and possibility for Qatari student scholarships at the Maritime Academy in Poland. They also discussed possible cooperation in the field of certificates of competency for captains and marine engineers and the signing of agreements and deals in the maritime sector.
HE Qatar’s Ambassador to Poland Ahmed Saif Saif Khalaf Al Maadadi attended the meeting.
