An MOT delegation, headed by Acting Assistant Undersecretary, Land Transport Affairs, Eng. Hamad Essa Abdulla, participated in the St. Petersburg Int’l Economic Forum (SPIEF) and met with Russian deputy transport minister on the sidelines of the event.

Aspects of cooperation between the two sides and ways to enhance them in the fields of transportation were discussed. The 4-day SPIEF attracted over 20,000 attendees from 140 countries and featured 150 events that discussed several topics related to shared economic values that underpin economic growth in a multipolar world.
