Duplicate of Small Craft’s lost documents after getting (lost/Damaged) registration Certificate Notice (issued by The Ministry of Interior).
Service procedures:
Filling the form and delivering it with attached requirements to the department staff who make sure the required documents are attached.
Fees:
Private: 150 QAR
Fishery/ferry/tourist/Work: 250 QAR
Yacht: 300 QAR
Requirements:
- A Copy of the owner ID.
- A Valid Copy of Commercial register if the owner is a company.
The Application is denied in case of:
- The signature of The owner or the authorized person (not existed), or the signature by another person without power of attorney by the owner.
- Owner ID or Commercial Register (expired).
