Minister Meets with Canadian Counterpart

Doha – Qatar

Minister of Transport H.E. Jassim Saif Ahmed Al-Sulaiti met with the Hon. Omar Alghabra, Minister of Transport of Canada, who is currently visiting Qatar to attend some of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 events.

The meeting was held in the Ministry’s offices today. The two ministers reviewed Qatari- Canadian cooperation ties in transportation, civil aviation, and ways to develop them.

H.E. Alghabra congratulated Qatar on a successful hosting of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
