This is with regard to ictQATAR’s e-Accessibility policy introduced in November 2011. E-Accessibility is aimed at ensuring persons with disabilities can access information and communication technologies on an equal basis with others. This includes removing barriers to accessing and using ICT products, services and applications.

Since the release of the policy  ictQATAR has been successfully working with stakeholders to implement policy provisions and reach policy targets.

ictQATAR is holding the event in collaboration with MADA to promote policy objectives and stakeholder effort among the masses and also to hear from people with disabilities regarding their experience of use of such services and facilities.

The event shall be attended by stakeholders from various industries and sectors and organizations working with people with disabilities and user.
